A call for nominations was announced in July to fill three seats in three districts. One seat was acclaimed as follows:
- District 2 (Northern Electoral District): Dr. William Ulakovic
Congratulations to Dr. Ulakovic, who will begin his three-year term effective January 1, 2023.
Voting for the remaining seats will open on September 27, 2022 as follows:
- District 1 (Greater Toronto Area) – One Seat
- District 3 (Eastern) – One Seat
Optometrists in the Greater Toronto Area may vote for one candidate in District 1, and optometrists in the Eastern Electoral District may vote for one candidate in District 3 starting Sept. 27 at 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 13, 2022. Ballots will be counted, and the result will be posted on the College website on October 14.
