Members Only Site

If you use the College of Optometrists of Ontario Members Only site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Restrictions

Users are not permitted to transfer their password to others.

Revocation

The College may, at its discretion and without notice, with or without cause, revoke your authorization to access the password-protected areas of this site and / or block your use of the password-protected online services. In the event that we revoke your access to the password-protected portions of this site, we will make reasonable efforts to explain to you our reasons for doing so within five business days.

Governing Law and General Provisions

This usage agreement will be governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada. If any part of this usage agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the usage agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

Terms and Conditions of Online Payment

Annual membership fees are due and payable on or before December 15 for the period January 1st through December 31st of the following year.

Your online transaction may be delayed if your payment or any other information you supply is incorrect.

Annual membership fees are not transferable and are not refundable.
