After completing each learning opportunity, you must complete the Other Learning Opportunities Form and submit it to OE TRACKER. A participation verification certificate is NOT required for other learning opportunities, only this form would suffice. No more than 20 hours per CE cycle may be obtained through other learning opportunities.
