THE DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE FOUND THAT:
The College has not proven on a balance of probabilities that Dr. Galek engaged in sexual abuse of a patient or conduct that would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable, unprofessional or unethical.
