The College was invited by HPRAC to provide input on two occasions. Copies of the College’s submissions are below. HPRAC has indicated that it is planning to provide its recommendations to the Minister on or before March 31, 2010. It is then up to the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care to determine when those recommendations are released to the public. Once HPRAC’s recommendations are released, the College Council will consider whether or not further amendments to the proposed Conflict of Interest Regulations are appropriate.
