March 23, 2018: Essilor/Clearly has appealed the January 11, 2018 decision of Justice Lederer, which ordered that it may not dispense prescription eyewear in Ontario unless the dispensing is performed by an optometrist, optician, or physician who is licensed to practice in Ontario.
